Greetings From Our President

Dear Friends and Community Members,

It is with immense joy and a heart full of purpose that I welcome you to discover the transformation work of the Twin Rivers (OH) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. As the president of this remarkable chapter, I am both honored and excited to extend my warmest greetings to you. We stand on the strength of our national organization The Links, Incorporated - an international, not-for-profit corporation, established in 1946. It is one of the nation’s oldest and largest volunteer service organizations committed to enriching, sustaining, and ensuring the culture and economic survival of African Americans and other people of African ancestry.

The Twin Rivers (OH) Chapter stands as a beacon of service, sisterhood, and empowerment within our community. For 35 years, we have worked tirelessly to weave the fabric of positive change, uplifting lives, and fostering growth through our dedicated members of dynamic and powerful women and through our programs and initiatives.

Together, we are a collective force, united by a common goal – to make a lasting impact on the lives of those we touch. Our commitment to education, cultural enrichment, health and wellness, and community outreach is unwavering. Through these pillars, we strive to build bridges, break down barriers, and create opportunities for progress.

But beyond our initiatives, it is the spirit of sisterhood that truly defines our chapter. We stand together, hand in hand, to uplift and support one another as we endeavor to uplift our community. Our bond is strong, our resolve is unyielding, and our hearts beat as one.

I invite you to join us on this incredible journey. Whether you're a long-time supporter, a potential supporter considering a donation to our organization, or a community partner, you have a role to play in our story. Together, we can turn dreams into reality, and aspirations into achievements.

As we move forward, let us embrace the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. The Twin Rivers (OH) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated is more than an organization; it is a force for good, and I am proud of the work we do in Central Ohio.

Thank you for your support, your passion, and your unwavering commitment to the betterment of our community. Together, we will continue to be the catalysts for change, advocates for justice, and ambassadors of hope.

  With gratitude and determination,

E. Gayle Saunders, APR
